Iridian 的密集波分复用 4skip0、8skip0 和 12skip1 滤波片用于多路复用片/解复用片和补退模块中的频带分割，以便管理多个 ITU 频道。这些滤波片具有从通频带窄过渡至阻塞频带的功能，从而尽可能减少丢失的频道，同时保持高频谱效率。使用 Iridian 的 xskip0 滤波片，以改进特快频道上、频带间隔中（即 8-skip-0 滤波器）的插入损耗，并通过阻塞来自复用信号的多个波长，隔离 N 频道 (N=4, 8, 12…)。通过该配置，特快频道只经历一次反射，从而大大改进插入损耗，导致系统总成本下降。
