Return Policy

All Iridian filters are inspected and measured before shipment. All sales are final. If you believe that the filters you receive are not compliant with the stated specifications you should contact Iridian’s Sales and Marketing Group to request an RMA number and explain the issue. This must be done within 30 days of the shipment date. Upon issue of an RMA number, return the parts to

Any non-compliant filters will be replaced. Otherwise there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Parts returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
