Yongbao joined the Iridian team in 2010 with a Ph.D. in Physics and 16+ years industrial background in Semiconductor and Photonics. Yongbao has extensive experience in process and product development, new product introduction, and product improvement. He supports optical filter applications and customer solutions in Telecommunications. He also involves in optical filter applications and solutions in imaging, sending, spectroscopy, and biomedical markets. Yongbao speaks both Chinese and English.

Jason joined the Iridian team in 2006 with a broad industrial background including product management of optical communications filters. Jason has since taken a special interest in supporting customer needs for space applications (satellite Lasercom and Earth observation) and specialty product lines such as the entertainment sector (3D glasses) and remote sensing arrays, as well as managing marketing activities for all of Iridian’s optical filter capabilities.
